I was given the opportunity to create a self narrated, recorded and animated video for an micro learning course on Cognitive Distortions. I started off by creating a scenario between the 2 characters, a script of their dialog, then recording the audio. I used a self created vocal booth to filter out acoustic reflections, and to effectively capture the sound of the vocals.
I used a microphone and pop filter to reduce the pops, clicking, and hisses that some vocal consonants could cause. I used audio editing software to edit the audio.
I used some equalization, compression, and fades to clean out the sound and exported the audio file in an appropriate format. I uploaded the audio into the animation software and created the animations around the audio.
